The CoED-LabSep has been designed to purify T cells from human tissues, tumour biopsies, blood products or splenocytes when the starting number of cells is between 10 and 100 million.

CoED-LabSep for T cell expansion

The CoED-LabSep is an efficient system for the separation and expansion of T cells from blood or tumour biopsies. It will save you time whilst reducing the amount of media and cell waste produced. The CoED-LabSep is made up of four key components:

Typical experiment:

Start with 5-100 million cells

Niche 1: Add the tissue or cell suspension containing naïve T cells

Niche 2: Add your preferred culture reagents to activate and differentiate T cells

Niche 3: Collect rapidly expanding purified cells that have migrated from Niche 1 through to Niche 3.

Result: Separation and expansion of cells in a single unit for up to 5 days without changing culture media.
